  • As most of our garments are made in limited quantities or small batches, product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

  • Once an order is placed, changes to size, shipping address, or other details must be requested within 12 hours by contacting our customer care.

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are mentioned in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Prices may change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for any damages or delays caused by courier services or external factors like weather or strikes.

  • Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect address input by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges only, not refunds.

  • Size exchanges are allowed once per order and are subject to stock availability.

  • We reserve the right to decline a return/exchange if the product appears used, washed, damaged or altered in any way.

6. Damages & Defects

  • All products undergo quality checks before dispatch. However, in case you receive a defective or wrong item:

    • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Share unboxing pictures or videos for proof.

    • We will arrange a replacement if applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content (product photos, logo, brand name, text) is the property of House of Anjali Gajora and cannot be used without permission.

8. Fraud Prevention

  • Orders suspected of fraudulent activity or abuse of promotional codes may be cancelled without prior notice.
